Three stage process, 2 technical followed by HR round. Usually goes by 2 - 4 weeks in total and sometimes more than 4 weeks as well. For freshers pre BGV process is common vs post BGV for experienced professionals
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It included an initial HR screening followed by a panel interview focusing on HR knowledge, employee relations, and practical scenarios. Overall, the experience was professional and positive.
