The interview with HCL was invasive (they even asked me to show my ID card), but the issue is that they act just like an outsourcing for the client, so you have to withstand whatever amount of interviews the client wants to throw at you and you don't even receive proper feedback on your performance. After you've been rejected don't even expect to receive any response from them by any means.
