Interviewers and recruiters push to schedule interviews at the drop of a hat, but when it's time to give post-interview feedback or a decision, they vanish for weeks. After all that silence, I finally got a rejection email with some weak excuse like, "We're moving forward with someone who more closely matches our needs." Total waste of time and effort.

Attended a walk-in interview for 4+. The event was very crowded and felt unorganized. Instead of a face-to-face round, around 50+ candidates were grouped for a written test with JavaScript output questions. Some questions seemed incorrect, which made the evaluation confusing. I didn’t clear the test even though my answers appeared correct.
