There was only one round of interview with a hiring manager. Need experience in CAE tools (Abaqus, Simlab, HyperMesh, FE-Safe) and knowledge of Dynamic Analysis, Numerical Method, Fatigue, and so on.
Screening round , Technical round, client Interview and HR round. Total four rounds in the selection process. Mainly the project work discuussion will happen and basics of Finite element analysis
