Tedious and not good with updates. I cant understand why recruitment is like that as if you are waiting for nothing. No updates from the anyone. No help provided, you have to wait weeks for the next step.
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
