Entretien
hired from India and got H1B from the employer before coming to USA. Initial done a course in Uttara for C and unix. Passed a written test in Uttara and then I got calls for attending interviews from them. HCL was the first and I was selected in that company. 1st round C objectives, 2nd round programs, 3rd round technical interview, 4th round manager interview and 5th round was HR interview.

The hiring process lacks clarity.They would keep pushing the joining day back sighting one reason or the other. Following up with thier inefficient hiring team is highly taxing as they will not clear their position at all and moreover mislead you in every possible way.

Entretien
The HR called me about the requirement and scheduled the interview. I was only informed about the day on which the interview will happed. No further mail or any kind of communication from HR. On the day of the interview , the interviewer called at the random time and started asking the questions. After 5 min of discussion I got to know that the technical interview has began. I have gone through this process twice , both the interviews went great after that I did not hear anything about the conclusion. I have been sending mails to HR for days still have not received any response from him.
