Was reached out by a recruiter, had 2 rounds of interviews, all around system design and architecture. The interviews were good and I received a verbal offer. Had multiple touch-points with the HR and all seemed lined up but the written offer never came. It would be great for a big company like HCL to be more forthcoming/honest as everyone wants to move on with their next steps. Saying one thing and doing other puts them in a bad light. I definitely dodged a bullet.

interview topics were around scalability, no-sql, cloud design, java concepts etc.
I think i'll pass when it comes to HCL for long time from now. I've been on several interviews/processes with them and it's a mess: no timeline, no feedback, they negotiate the agreed rates down .. Everything is just a confusion.

Everything is good and great. I fell short of time to feel life and follow my interests. So i left HCL Technologies to study further and follow up my analytical interest flow stream. (Metrics/Predictive-Analytics)
