Application submitted with resume and got call for Technical interview happened online face to face. The interview Process was straight forward with technical and scenarios based questions. However results not shared.

Worst experience i have with HCL, even they are not properly giving response , i never seen HR like this in my IT industry experience till now, Interview rounds consist: 2 technical and 1 HR disscussion As they are hiring for Pune and i am in bangalore , so all the rounds happen over telephone I done with all the rounds ,salary discussion happen after they told they are going to release offer letter by next week but still i didn't got any , its already a 2 months after my final HR discussion done. Whenever i am calling the HR for update they are saying it is pending with delivery Team,(Don't know how much there delivery team take to do process) .Can't expect this kind of behavior with this level of company and there HR. Atleast if you are going to proceed with anyone candidature send they cancellation mail to them.
