Extensive, Tiring and Exploitative process that included 3 interviews and 1 case study exercise.
After clearing all rounds, I got the CTC breakup to review which I accepted and then the games begun; I had to track down HR to followup every other day.
Then they offered me a way lower CTC citing business approval reviews. After multiple discussions and negotiations regarding the salary we settled on a number. It's been 4 weeks since I accepted the offer and I still have no news if they are going to send an offer or not.

Entretien
There were 2 rounds and mostly skill based questions were asked. Also situation based questions were asked. I was also asked about my previous experience. I was also given details of what the new role would be and how I can fit my skills fir this role.

Entretien
The interview process was done online. I had the first HR round over call asking for basic questions and then subsequently got interviewed by a manager and vice president on more technical/related topics. Received the offer almost immediately within 2 days.
