I applied mid of 2003, wherein I had to take up written test for 5 subjects which were C, C++, PL/SQL, Pro*C and Java. After clearing the written test, had to undergo 2 technical interviews followed by 2 HR and 2 Senior Mgmt interviews which were one on one. There were waiting times and re-scheduled interviews but overall it took roughly between 30-45 days. One of the senior managers recommended for Senior Software Engineer, but HR offered Software Engineer. Am still with the same company and presently Senior Project Manager

At that point in time, none of the technical questions could have been difficult only what mattered was the mindset of Interviewer and the multiple rounds of interview seemed to be difficult. But there was a question from senior manager about longevity which seemed to be difficult

Entretien
You first interview with the HCL manager and then the manager and VP of the department you would get assigned to. That was my experience. It was a group interview the second time around.
It was for a consultant role. Eventually turned out a scam call keeping me in wait and nobody showed up or repsonded back to my calls and queries. This is exhausting for people who move to a new place and are struggling to break the ice and enter the system in a new place.
Once resume is short listed , tag team would reach candidate for further interview process. Schedule for the call, arrange for TP1. There would be 2 technical discussions followed by the HR.
