Entretien
A couple of months ago, I got invited to interview with a well-known not-for-profit organization. I was so eager to get this internship that I even bought a new suit for the interview. I read a lot of articles about the organization’s mission, history and values. I tried to contact an alumni working in the organization to get a reference. I researched my interviewers, including their educational background and past work experience. Lastly, I went through my prepared responses for common interview questions to make sure that I would not make serious mistakes.
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
