the hiring precedure of hcl is simple but tidius , takes lot of of time from the 1st step of taking interview to the final stage of joining of the new hire.
the interview itself isnt hard ,but its always good to have hands on knowledge of the field you want to work (leaves a good impression on the interviewrer)

its rare that someone would come across a really difficult question during interview .But yes if you find yourself in a situation where you dont have answer to a question,dont just sit there try and keep trying to maintain the conversation by saying something of relation to the question asked , this way the interviewrer will get an understanding that you are not totally dumb but rather have the ability to come out of difficult situations when put into
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
