Pathetic! Worse! So far the worst management I've ever seen. HR doesn't know the actual requirements. They call people in bulk that too on a weekend for an interview saying they'll let you know about the result that day itself! When you go for an interview, you are not only overwhelmed seeing 100s of candidates but also disappointed to notice that technical recruiters are not even interested in interviewing. Technical recruiters blame HRs for inappropriate candidates and HRs blame TRs. It's a complete mess! I figured they interviewed me just because they had to and that guy was so frustrated to interview me. Worst experience ever.

The Job description itself was misleading, it said Job interview is for development role. And they took interviewed me for the same in the first round. In the second round manager started playing games, he said I need to prove myself to get development work till then I should work in validation. Why should I prove after working as developer for 10 years. I even agreed for that. Just 3 days before joining I was told my offer is in hold. It happened to many people. Luckily I had a backup offer.
