The interview process was simple and beginner friendly. Most of the questions were basic Java concepts, discussion about projects done in college, and a simple coding question. The interviewers were friendly and focused more on understanding problem-solving approach and communication skills rather than asking very difficult technical questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One of the main things they asked was about OOPs concepts in Java, such as inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, and encapsulation. They also asked to explain these concepts with simple real-time examples. Apart from that, there were questions about college projects and one basic coding problem.

Basic interview process : Written, Technical, Managerial and HR. I was shortlisted from naukri.com profile and appeared for day long interview. Written was objective type taken from indiabix, Technical was good. Managerial round was taken by the Project Manager himself, he checked the compatibly for the project and HR handed out the offer letter

Question 1
Written can be prepared from websites like indiabix. They just print the objective questions form there.
Technical round can be a challenge based on who the interviewer is and how technically sound h/she is, My interview started from basic C++ concepts and went into operating system concepts like tasklets, multiprocessing on distributed systems etc.
Managerial rounds are typically your compatibility check with the project environment, stay positive to everything and you are through.
HR does nothing in HCL. They will say what project wants them to say. DONT NEGOTIATE, Its waste of time.
