first round was public speaking of our own topic,as the crowd was high second round was with operations manager,where i was questioned on my basic interest just to check my communication skills and my overall personality and my interest towards that job and working in night shifts as it was not rotational but out and out night shift job.

I applied the night before and got a call the next morning asking me to come in dor an interview that day. The interview is a quick computer literacy test followed by an interview with 2 managers. I got a phone call within an hour of the interview to say I had the job
