The interview process included these were the different rounds of selection.
First was techno functional round
Second was Managerial round
Lastly the Hr round / Salary negotiations.
One round at a time and upon selection would be scheduled for the next round

Simple and not complex it's normal, I have invited through email then every thing go smooth and with market standards, if you try this you will realize that every thing is smooth
