Interview process in HCL is Very good. They scheduled for the Telephonic interview. Once selected they called for Face to Face interview and released the offer letter within a week.
They took 2 interview rounds where 1 is technical round and manageral round. Process was easy.Easy interview rounds and HR took less time to share the offer letter.Hike was less and after joining expect less hike only

Mutiple rounds of interview is kept, for SharePoint Lead, almost three rounds where taken. But durnation between all the interviews are little longer. Tested the behaviour and solution thought process
