The interview was conducted via zoom and basically was all about my eagerness to commit myself into the environment and help out pts the best way possible. It was first the recruiting manager will lead you upto the nurse managers into the specific units you would like to work on.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
