Can you think about the mistake you make, what did you learn and how did you improve on it
Interview was deep. Questions let me express my working philosophy, demonstrate my knowledge and exhibit my interest to join the company. The recruiter responded to my follow up questions and kept me updated of results in a very respectful manner.
Phone call as preliminary, then there were two person interviews. Second and final was more of a meet and greet with the staff while also answering additional questions they had.
