The hiring manager chased me down to get an interview, and then went ghost on me afterwards. She and the other lady during the interview must not have wanted an African American on their team. It’s a shame this still goes on at this point in time . It was that or they didn’t want to pay my worth. Some of these companies love reaching out to experienced professionals and want to pay pennies. She didn’t even respond when I reached followed up. I don’t know why they would have a registered nurse running an Accounting dept.
