For my interview, my boss was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Questions were easy ones, nothing too hard or concerning. But other people’s interviews for another floor had 2 managers sometimes 3 staring at you and analyzing you.. asking you basic questions but coming off cold I have heard.

They do discriminate went on the interview they employer said how much they love my skills and credentials and call back a week later saying I’m not selected.employee did not give a reason why
