As an experienced nurse I interviewed with the ICU manager, a few ICU charge nurses as well as the Chief Nursing Director. All of the people I met and spoke with seemed approachable and relatively easy to talk to. It was more a personality test rather than knowledge based.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
