Fast and Easy. Very informative & easy process. You only have to do one interview & there is no assessment. Sometimes they offer the job at the end of the interview if all skills align with the business need. Be sure to ask questions and be knowledgeable of the company .

Haven’t had my interview but it was sent via email due to the pandemic. I’m not sure how it would be but I’ll give it an average interview so for because it’s been pretty easy to navigate.
