First I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. Basic questions then moved on to a video interview (I was not local) with the manager. The interview was a bit odd and quick. They only asked me about my relevant experience and few questions. They were friendly and talkative about casual topics. The next week I saw that the job had been filled, but a few weeks later I was contacted again for another interview. I don't know what happened but I went and then was offered the job.

I got an invite from the recruiter for an interview the day after I applied and we had a call the following day. I was told I would hear from the hiring manager within the next few days. It took a little over 2 weeks and me sending two follow ups to the recruiter that went unanswered to hear back. When I got a call from the hiring manager it was a strange interview. Basic questions about experience but she seemed very uninterested in me and told me they were in the final stages of hiring someone who was returning to the organization and would let me know by the end of the week if that person had accepted. She reached out the following week to let me know they were still interviewing other candidates. It's been several weeks and I've heard nothing. I would have been fine with them going with the another candidate but would have just liked better communication and not just stringing me along. I withdrew my application and accepted an offer from another hospital that I had a much better interview experience with.
