In order to even be considered for an interview you have to complete a 45 minute personality test. The questions in the personality test would suggest that HCA is more interested in if you are an introvert or an extrovert than if you are qualified for the position. Hiring decisions should be based on objective facts and qualifications, not if I think I'm the life of the party.
