Initial interview was with both the hiring manager and clinic director with standard interview questions. I then had a second peer interview with the therapy team where they also asked standard interview questions. Entire process took about three weeks from initial interview invitation to the job offer.

Interview with department manager was friendly and informative. Subsequent peer interview was very pleasant with fun questions. Two therapist asked a series of behavioral questions that seemed to focus on conflict resolution and teamwork.
