I went through a series of interviews. Administration, Peer review, and then Program Director. It was a fairly easy process, just nerve wrecking like another interview. They were very easy to talk to, so it didn't quite feel like an interview

I think I was ghosted. Interviewed a month ago and haven’t heard back. Seems like they were interviewing but haven’t completed to necessary steps to hire let alone interview in the first place. Very unorganized! I was told that I wouldn’t start until 2025 and I applied in August.
