Applied for PCT postion online and was contacted via email about a week later to set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview with a recruiter who then set up an interview with the two charge nurses for the unit I applied for. That interview went well and then asked me to shadow a PCT for four hours then move on to a peer interview. I scheduled the shadowing but ended up canceling. It seemed like a great opportunity but I thought the job would be too overwhelming for me. Overall everyone I spoke with was very nice and the interviews were not too hard. They just asked basic questions.
