Online application, hiring fair followed by an in person on site interview. Very organized and very nice people. The process felt very personal and I really liked the nursing managers that I met with. They are the reason I accepted.

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
