I applied online mid December and was subsequently notified to complete a personality assessment. I didn't hear anything until the end of January when the hiring manager called out of the blue. It was a pleasant, informal conversation but I was caught off guard and felt my responses could have been stronger had I been given a head's up. I had to wait another month for the auto-rejection email. Very slow process that makes me wonder how the organization is able to meet objectives and requirements in a timely fashion.
