Applied online, after 1 week received a call from recruiter. Booked me interview in Clear Lake Regional Hospital. 2 sets of interview. 1st interview is with ED Manager (She was soo nice, mostly background interview). 2nd set Panel interview with 3 ER staff (they have a paper with list of question they will ask, they will write down your answer).

how you handle a rude and difficult patient?
how you will handle a difficult co-worker?
what is your personality? (intro or extro)?
..Then bunch of situational question for MI, Stroke, Sepsis...I think the 2nd interview lasted 45minutes

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
