For phone interview, they asked 3 questions. Then talked about the program itself in more detail. Covered any questions you have about it and give you time to ask questions in the end. Very laid back recruiter.

I was asked to talk about my education background, as well as any current or previous jobs. The interviewer then gave me information on the program, as well as details about the unit I was interviewing for. I was asked a few situational questions. I was contacted a week later by HR with an offer.
