It was like any other interview process. It took a while after being interview by office manager. Then had to be interviewed by the physicians. The hiring process can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks if not longer.

The first step was a phone interview from the practice manager. I was then brought into the office for a formal interview with the manager and a clinical supervisor before taking a tour of the office and meeting the rest of staff. Basic questions about experience were asked, nothing too serious or in depth was asked

Phone screen first, then I went to an in person interview. Got called with job offer within two business days of my interview. Background check and everything included took about 3 weeks from my interview dates to my start date.
