I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter/headhunter after my profile was found on a job board. I was then encouraged to apply. I then took a webex interview with an offshore member of the team in India. The interviewer didn't have their camera on for the interview. He had an attitude that was pretty cold and unwelcoming. After the final interview, I never heard back from the headhunter(despite two follow-up emails) which is unprofessional.
