Las entrevistas son hechas por distintas entidades como RH, el manager del grupo donde se esta aplicando asi como una entrevista panel con personas de distintos grupos donde se evalua la iteraccion con distintos grupos de trabajo.

Was a good process and the complexity is moderated. The process was divided on 3 stages: technical interview, RH interview and panel. The First stage, was conducted in two different modalities, the first modality was over the phone and the second was required to be in site in order to workout a pepper exam

1. Phone Interview by HR - role overview, motivation to move to another company and country
2. Webex Interview with VP and HW Director - present the VAVE process, more technical topics
3. Phone Interview with HR - Job Offer.
All these 3 interviews took only less than 3 weeks. Overall, it was a very efficient and pleasant interview experience.
