      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez HARMAN (Bengaluru) en oct. 2016

      Entretien

      I have attended a telephonic with Harman, for DSP SW Engineer position, in Oct2016 and there was no response from them till 2 months!! In December 2016, they have suddenly called me and called for F2F. I was surprised on the delay but still attended and after 1 week they told u've cleared this round and need to attend another Telephonic! I've attended that too and again there was no response till 10days! Suddenly one night around 7.30PM IST, the HR called me and told me that -"u've have to attend a telephonic with our US Management at 9.00PM!! right after 1 and half hour!!" I was really shocked on hearing this as it is very short notice. moreover, that is not a professional way of conducting the interviews ! When i asked about this, she was apologizing and requested me to attend the 4th round too!! In my total 10 years of Experience, I've never seen such a lethargic process of recruitment. (After every round of interview, she gets back to me after 1 week or 10 days and tells me to attend the next!!! Very bad way and not at all professional. ) Anyways, i've attended that round too and i should say, all the rounds went well!! But there was no response from the HR even after 10days!!! They are simply playing with the candidates and doesn't care about their excitement and enthusiasm! After waiting for 15 days,when i've called the HR,she told me the news that - My profile doesn't match with the requirement!!!" What!!!!???? They have taken all the 4 rounds, simply to tell me that it doesn't match with the requirement! Here, my straight forward question is - "Did they realize this after taking 4 rounds of interview! Then what was happening after initial 3 rounds? If 4th round is the only imp. they why the before 3 rounds were conducted!! Who gave them the right to play with the candidate's feelings and confidence!! No Professionalism and no proper procedure they follow for recruiting!! I hope at least through Glass Door, i may get a reply about this!!!

      Question 1

      In all the 4 rounds, most of the questions were on my domain - TI DSP and Assembly Programming and a little bit of C. Every round went very well..in fact, one of the interviewer even had asked me when or how soon i can join!? Everything went on positive note.. But i'm still clueless about the final conclusion!! What has exactly happened?
