I applied through my college career website and an on campus interview was set up. It actually took quite a while to be told my status, but anyway it was the typical behavioral interview. Make sure to do your research and ask questions. They love innovation there so if you have that quality definitly bring it to the interview.

Entretien
It was two rounds. First was a standard phone screen and the 2nd was with the hiring manager. 2nd interview will obv vary based on position. I got a called a couple weeks later and was told I got an offer.

Behavioral interview they ask about your resume and why this company. Normal behavioral interview questions and tell me about yourself. What your greatest strengths are and weaknesses. Overall not that bad of a process and the people were nice and friendly.
The interview process began with an initial phone call with a recruiter, during which we discussed my background, experience, and the specifics of the job role. This conversation lasted about 30 minutes and provided a great opportunity for me to ask questions about the company culture and the expectations for the position. Following this, I was invited to participate in a virtual panel interview. This interview featured two managers from the department.
