After applying, I had an initial phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring director and then a panel interview with two members of the team. All were done remotely. Everyone was extremely nice on the interviews and asked some basic questions about experience and behavioral type questions. After the panel interview, I did not receive any update for about 4 weeks. This required me to reach out to the recruiter. They decided not to continue with me as they wanted more experience in a specific area. I'm fine if that was the answer, but not sure why it required so long to make a decision.
