It was very easy. They were really in need of an office manager and wanted to bring someone new into the fold of all seasoned and old mentality existing managers.

I received a phone call within an hour of submitting my resume. It was not a scheduled interview, so I was not as prepared as I would typically be when I answered the phone from a strange number to begin an interview
