Interview went well, typical administrative questions, what was expected of the person in the CSA position and asked upfront if I was willing to work 3-5 evenings and if I was able to work late should the need arise due to the nature of clientele and scheduling

Easy and clear concise interview the questions weren’t hard at all it was also panel style with three managers. Typical interview questions and straightforward answers. I was interviewing for the senior customer service position
