Interview process was simple, typical questions about tax law, being a tax preparer and other experiences with tax preparation. The process took approximately 4 weeks. Discussed training provided. Spoke with H&R recruiter than spoke with a store manager.

How many years experience as a tax preparer? Have you ever worked for IRS? What software have you used to prepare taxes? Do you have customer service experience, How many years of customer facing expereince do you have? Have you worked for another tax preparation company?

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
