Straight forward S.T.A.R interview. Situation. Task. Action. Result. Got a bit sick of the questions after 5 of them, not much else is discussed. Otherwise friendly and open conversation. Make sure you think of at least 5 to 6 situations of differing nature so you are ready for the questions.

Entretien
Multiple person interview. You would move from office to office to office. For this position they flew candidates in from all over the country to their HQ in Kansas City, MO
