The interview process itself was pleasant and professional. The staff I spoke with were friendly, polite, and the conversations felt positive and respectful.
However, the overall hiring process left a disappointing impression. After submitting my application, completing two interview rounds, and having my referees contacted (they were sent a detailed 30+ question form, which took considerable time from busy professionals), there was complete silence from H-FARM. No feedback, no rejection email — nothing.
I understand that not every candidate can be selected, and it is entirely the school's right to choose whom to hire. At the same time, a simple, courteous rejection email after such an extensive process would be a basic sign of respect for both the candidate’s time and the time of their referees.
This lack of basic communication feels irresponsible and unprofessional, especially for an international school that positions itself as innovative and people-oriented.
