You are in a group interview with other candidates, they mostly ask questions about what you would do in a situation. They then put you in a group scenario for teamwork to see how you would do with others. As long as you're competent with good availability you should be able to get the job.

"What would you do or react if a customer slipped and fell"
Answer: First I would help the customer and call for my supervisor. I would check if the customer is alright and needed extra assistance. I would then clean up the area that the customer slipped to insure that no one else gets hurt.
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
