Entretien
The first interview was simple, basic questions nothing intimidating. The second/ you're hired interview was fun the head honcho of the store is a great kind man who made it easy to answer any questions we had and explained everything we would do day to day. We were issued our company shirt to wear for shifts and were taught how to change and open up our availability while also taught how to handle tough customers and what to do when situations came up
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
