The interview process was fairly simple. You have 1 interview with both curbside managers and they ask you situational questions. Questions such as “what would you do in this situation”

Q: what would you do in a situation if you have to work with someone you dislike ?
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good
