Applied online. The interview was about 15 mins. Was fairly easy. The managers were nice. They were interested in knowing what you do outside of work. Hospitality is their number one priority so they want to know how you interact with customers and also how you work with others.

How do you deal with a difficult customer and what was the outcome?
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
