you submit your resume then after a day call and make sure to ask for the hiring or service manager and let them know that you applied and are interested to work at the store. Highlight your enthusiasm and customer service but be natural (for most its there first job anyways).

very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max
It was thorough and simple. They really cared about the company and wanted the best people for that job. Very delighted to work for this company. I no longer work here but the brotherhood you get from this company is not like any other

Digital interview done with the application then an in person interview lots of behavioral and some situational questions did a walkthrough of the store after the interview very friendly and conversational
