They called me in for a group interview. We had to do some group activities to bring out the best fitted personalities for the company. Then if selected, they give you another call the next day for a one-on-one interview. Somehow, I got called the next week.

Group interview with 11 other people. Asked questions and gave everyone a card with a scenario on it that we had to tell them what we would do in that situation.
