Firstly, you have the video interview, which then leads to whether or not you get to interview in person for the position (almost always yes) and H-E-B thankfully allows one practice prior to each question then you record your response and move on. Easy. Then comes the second interview which is in person at the store you will be applying to, they ask basic interview questions about your ability at multitasking, time management skills, as well as your ability to pick near perfect product for customers.
